Academy of Sporting Excellence (ASE)

STRUCTURE

The ASE provides student athletes with two programs:

 Athlete Development Program: Students receive an individualised program with a focus on each individuals readiness, specific needs and potential for growth to develop the mental and physical qualities which underpin all sports. 

Sport Specific Focus Program: Students are provided with high level technical coaching sessions within either AFL, Basketball, Rugby, Netball or Soccer. These sessions take place during a 10 week intensive program , scheduled at a point in the season to maximise students readiness for competition. 

Students will be exposed to an elite sport environment, with guest speakers, incursions and excursions to enhance and prepare students for pathway opportunities. A specialised ASE camp will take place annually.
